    If you use the Service on behalf of another person or organization (such as your employer), MADE may provide your personal information to that authorizing person/organization. MADE has no control over the use of your personal information by the authorizing person/organization, and that use is not subject to this privacy policy.

    AFFILIATES AND SUBSIDIARIES

    MADE may provide your personal information to its affiliates and subsidiaries for purposes described in this privacy policy. MADE requires its affiliates and subsidiaries to use your personal information in accordance with this privacy policy. Some MADE affiliates and subsidiaries may be located outside of your jurisdiction of residence, including in Canada, the United States and Bangladesh.

    SERVICE PROVIDERS, THIRD PARTIES AND/OR OTHER PARTIES

    We use service providers, third parties and/or other parties to perform certain services on our behalf, including payment processing, shipping, auditing interactions and transactions with you, detecting and preventing fraud, addressing security issues, fixing errors, helping us with advertising or marketing, maintaining accounts and providing customer service, helping with our internal research, verifying product and service quality or safety, and performing any of the other actions or activities allowed under this privacy policy. Your right to access and correct your personal information is subject to applicable legal restrictions and we may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before providing access to or correction of your personal information. You may also make changes to your personal information in your account by logging in with your e-mail address and password.

    Withdrawing Consent. You may withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal information at any time (subject to applicable contractual and legal restrictions) by e-mailing us at hello@madeoutdoor.ca.

    YOUR EUROPEAN PRIVACY RIGHTS

    If you are in the EEA or the UK and we hold some of your personal information, you have the following rights in respect thereof in certain circumstances:

    MADE does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13.
